Fittings - Terms and Conditions
Due to demand and out of respect for our Fitters and our customers' time, a $5 hold fee is required when you book your fitting. This hold is removed and refunded when you attend your scheduled fitting.
Unfortunately, we’ve had to implement this reservation hold policy due to the number of last-minute cancellations and there are so many currently waiting for their fittings - we want to be fair to everyone who has been patiently waiting and respectful of their time.
If you are unable to attend your fitting, we request that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours prior will result in your card being charged for the $5 fee. We will do our very best to reschedule your appointment for another time close to your original appointment.
If you do not show up for your appointment, your card will be charged for the $5 reservation fee as a no-show fee.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please email us at Support@misseskisses.com and your no-show fee may be applied to your next fitting appointment.
