• Shallow lays roughly 2" below cleavage - This is a must have in every closet and can replace a standard strapless bra. Perfect for sweetheart necklines, tight clothing, bodysuits and crop tops. 
  
• Moderate Plunge lays roughly 4" below cleavage - Perfect for necklines that plunge mid-torso. Still pretty dramatic for most. 
  
• Deep plunge lays roughly 6" below cleavage - necklines that plunge to or below the belly button. *Think green Jennifer Lopez Oscar dress plunge.

COMPLIMENTARY FITTINGS 

Your happiness means everything to us! 

Prior to a return, though not required, we ask our customers to schedule their complimentary Zoom video fitting(s). The Zoom fitting is highly recommended and will ensure they've set up the bra and adjusted it correctly, as it WILL fit sizes up to 30A - 50J with proper set up and correct pad size. You’re also welcome to schedule an in-person fitting if you are local to Los Angeles.

If you complete a fitting, we will automatically extend your return date to two months after your original package was delivered. We truly want you to experience and love your Misses Kisses bra so we offer this extension to those willing to schedule and complete a fitting.

If you have an event and you are unable to find a fitting time prior, please contact us at Support@misseskisses.com and we will do our best to accommodate urgent fittings.

RETURNS

We ship new product(s) to all of our customers, and we pride ourselves on quality checking every order before it leaves our warehouse. If you have any questions or concerns about your delivered products, please reach out to us at Support@misseskisses.com for assistance. 

Warehouse products are FINAL SALE, exchanges accepted.

Please visit our Return page located at the bottom of the site and note that we highly recommend that you consider your complimentary fitting as they make the world of difference.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery date and in good condition for a full refund. 60 days if a fitting was completed. (Good meaning: bra bar in, or close, to original shape. To help our team, if you would please remove the stickers from the bra bar before returning, we would greatly appreciate it - though, stickers on the bra bar will not impact your return.)
• Any sale items purchased using a promotional code are still eligible for a full refund.
• Return everything (bra bar, pads with stickers, strap, travel bag, gifted and exchange items) into a comfy-sized box. 
• Pasties are nonrefundable. 
• If an item appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately.

We do not charge a restocking fee, so please note we do not cover return shipping.   

We are a small business and personally respond to each email. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm PST. We are not open on weekends or major holidays and will respond as soon as we can.

Your returned package will be processed and refunded within 7 to 10 business days after arrival and you will be notified via email when processed.

Once your return has been processed, you will be notified via email.
